Bookings are governed by French law. Disputes are handled by the Tribunal de commerce d'Avignon. Prices include VAT under the French travel-margin scheme (régime de la marge, CGI art. 268 bis).

#### Cancellation policy

- Before 2026-06-01: full refund of all amounts paid (single-tier cut-off)
- On or after 2026-06-01: booking is non-refundable
- If COP31 is formally cancelled or postponed by the UNFCCC, all amounts paid are refunded in full regardless of the cut-off date above. This force-majeure clause is contracted with both hotels.

6. Cancellation policy: full refund before the cutoff date, no refund afterwards (per event); UNFCCC override clause applies if the conference itself is cancelled
