How does payment work?
The full amount is charged at booking via Stripe, in GBP. The price shown is final and all-inclusive. Your booking is sold by Best of Tours SAS, a French tour operator registered with Atout France and covered by the APST financial guarantee, under the French travel-agency margin scheme (régime de la marge, CGI art. 268 bis). No separate VAT line is shown and no further payment is required. This aligns with how official event accommodation booking sites operate and lets us secure your rooms with the hotel immediately. No balance to chase later, no second payment to remember.
What if I need to cancel?
Full refund of all amounts paid for any cancellation received in writing before 10 June 2026. After that date, the booking is non-refundable.
What if Birmingham 2026 is cancelled?
If the 2026 European Athletics Championships are formally cancelled or postponed by the organizer, all amounts paid are refunded in full regardless of the cut-off date above.
Can I book just one night, or only specific nights?
Yes — there is no minimum stay. Book a single night or any combination of nights across the event window. Each night is priced individually, so you only pay for the nights you actually need.
Invoicing, split payment, or paying on behalf of a group?
The form accepts personal-card payment for the full amount. If you need an invoice in a different name, a split payment, or non-card terms (purchase order, bank transfer), email birmingham@bot-events.com with your details — we accommodate procurement and invoicing requirements on a case-by-case basis.
Is the hotel suitable for groups with accompanying parties?
Our hotel accepts groups and accompanying parties. For twin / triple rooms, multi-room bookings, or specific requirements (accessibility, dietary, on-site meeting space), email birmingham@bot-events.com and we'll come back to you within one business day.
